The challenge was to maintain the brand's heritage identity while ensuring effectiveness in high-speed, multi-channel digital environments. This required deep collaboration with both the head office in Street and the EMEA office in Amsterdam to deliver targeted, high-impact creative across varied regional markets

My role spanned the full lifecycle of campaign production. I worked across display ads, email marketing, and social video to ensure the brand voice remained consistent while adapting to the unique requirements of digital performance metrics. By maintaining a close relationship with the internal teams, we ensured every digital touchpoint stayed true to the Clarks ethos

The Back to School Initiative

The Back to School period was the client's most significant annual initiative. To maximise impact, we deconstructed their primary 90-second TV commercial into bite-sized 10-second clips. These segments were strategically released over several key days, allowing us to capture viewer attention with engaging, segmented content and effectively extend the life of the primary campaign creative.

Responsive eCRM Support

I provided end-to-end support for their eCRM channels, ensuring that email templates were fully responsive and optimised for various devices. This involved balancing product showcases - like the Trigenic and Kids Casuals ranges - with strong editorial content, all while maintaining clear, conversion focused CTAs.
