The Challenge
As a primary design partner for McCormick, we were tasked with creating reactive, omnichannel digital campaigns across multiple brands, including Schwartz, Ducros, and Vahiné.
The objective was twofold: rapidly deploy highly engaging seasonal campaigns that highlighted the joy of home cooking, while simultaneously implementing user-centric UX patterns to optimise their core e-commerce platform and streamline the path to purchase.

Reactive digital campaigns
We designed and deployed a series of visually appealing seasonal landing pages and digital campaigns aimed at inspiring healthy eating and home cooking. This required developing a flexible campaign system that could be rapidly deployed across multiple McCormick brands and languages without compromising on creative quality.
Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO)
To support the landing pages, I developed multilingual campaign materials utilising advanced Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) technology. This allowed our messaging across social and display platforms to be automatically customised based on real-time triggers such as time, date, and local weather conditions, resulting in a highly personalised user experience that maximised reach and impact.
UX Reviews & Checkout Optimisation
Alongside campaign creation, I conducted rigorous monthly UX reviews, analysing recent page updates to observe user behaviour and measure impact. A crucial focus of this ongoing optimisation was streamlining the mobile checkout process. By identifying and removing user friction points in the guest and account checkout flows, we successfully built trust and improved overall conversion rates.
