Role: UX/UI Design & Strategic Consultant

Client: Symprove

Deliverables: UX Audit, User Journey Mapping, Mobile Purchase Widget Optimisation, Tactical Landing Page Development

Evidence-Based Strategy

Our approach was deeply collaborative and evidence-based. I facilitated a series of workshops with key stakeholders to map user journeys and define core page designs. These insights, combined with a comprehensive UX audit, allowed us to identify the specific friction points that were stalling users during the subscription signup process

Optimising the Mobile Purchase Journey

We continually tested and iterated on mobile-first purchase widgets, reacting directly to behavioural data to optimise the experience. By simplifying the checkout flow and making the subscription options clear and accessible, we successfully reduced the path to purchase from 5+ clicks down to just 2, significantly improving user-friendliness.

Empowering Marketing Teams

Beyond core UX improvements, we delivered the capability for the internal marketing team to build and deploy tactical campaign landing pages at speed. This allowed for better alignment with offline marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent, seamless brand experience for customers whether they encountered Symprove via TV, print or the website.

The Impact

Agile
